Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Secure Future Skill Academy (SFSA) is committed to providing quality education and professional training in Aviation, Hospitality, Skill Development, and other Career-Oriented Programs.
The objective of the institution is to provide students with a better Learning Experience and to maintain complete transparency throughout the Admission and Payment Process.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the rules and conditions relating to student Admission, Course Enrollment, Fee Payment, Course Access, Cancellation Requests, and Refund Eligibility.
By completing the Admission process and making the fee payment, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Policy.

2. Online Course Refund Policy

Immediately after Admission Confirmation for an Online Course, Secure Future Skill Academy may provide or activate the following facilities for the student:
Login ID and Password
Online Classes Access
Study Material
Notes
Course Content
Digital Learning Resources
Since the above-mentioned services may be made available or activated immediately upon Admission Confirmation, any Refund Request shall be considered in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

3. Admission Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If a student requests cancellation of their Admission within 24 hours of Admission Confirmation, Secure Future Skill Academy may consider the request in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
Upon receiving a Refund Request, the institution may verify the following:
Whether the student has used the Login ID and Password.
The number of Online Classes accessed by the student.
The extent to which Study Material, Notes, or Course Content has been used.
The extent to which Digital Learning Services have been utilized.
The actual reason for the Cancellation Request.
The decision regarding Refund shall be made only after verification and consideration of the services made available and/or utilized by the student.
If a Refund is approved:
Up to 25% Administrative and Processing Charges may be deducted from the approved refund amount.
If the student has accessed or utilized Classes, Course Content, Study Material, or other Digital Resources, an additional reasonable deduction may be made based on the actual services utilized.
Submitting a Cancellation Request within 24 hours does not guarantee a Refund. The Refund decision shall be made by the Management in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

4. Refund Policy After Course Access

Once the Login ID, Password, Course Access, Study Material, Notes, or other Digital Learning Resources have been provided or activated for the student, the fees paid shall generally be considered Non-Refundable.
Refund Requests shall generally not be accepted in the following circumstances:
The student changes their mind after Admission.
The student decides not to continue the Course.
Parents, guardians, or family members subsequently refuse to allow the student to continue the Admission.
The student no longer wishes to pursue the Course.
The student does not like the Course or finds that it does not meet their expectations, where the relevant Course information had already been provided before Admission.
Personal, family, social, or financial reasons.
Lack of time, employment, relocation, or other personal circumstances.
Change of interest.
Failure to attend Classes when Course Access has already been provided.
The student or their family subsequently decides not to continue the Admission after the institution has made the applicable services available.

5. Offline Course Refund Policy
For Offline Courses, the institution provides Classroom Training, Faculty Support, Learning Facilities, and other Academic Services.
If a student has a genuine concern regarding Training Quality, Classroom Facilities, or any service provided by the institution, the institution may investigate the matter and make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution.
However, after Admission Confirmation and commencement of Training Services, the fees paid shall generally be considered Non-Refundable, subject to applicable laws.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

After Admission Confirmation, the following types of fees shall generally be Non-Refundable:
Admission / Registration Fees
Course Fees (Full or Partial Payment)
Application Processing Fees
Examination Fees
Certification Fees
Online Payment Gateway Charges
Late Payment Charges
Administrative Charges
Penalties, if applicable

7. Admission Cancellation by the Student

If a student wishes to cancel their Admission due to personal, academic, family, or any other reason:
No Refund shall generally be provided after the applicable Cancellation Period has expired.
The institution may record the Cancellation Request but shall not be obligated to refund the fees paid, subject to applicable laws.
A Refund Request based solely on family refusal, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the Course, or any other personal reason shall generally not be accepted where the applicable services have already been made available by the institution.

8. Batch Transfer & Course Postponement

Batch Transfer or Course Postponement shall generally not be available as a standard facility.
However, under special circumstances, the Management may consider such requests at its discretion.
If permission is granted:
Additional Transfer Charges may apply.
Batch Transfer shall not create or establish any right to a Refund.
The final decision shall be made by the Management in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

9. Course Cancellation by the Institution

If Secure Future Skill Academy is required to cancel any Course or Batch due to special circumstances, including but not limited to:
Insufficient Enrollment
Unavailability of Faculty
Operational Issues
Other unavoidable circumstances
the student may be offered the following options:
Transfer to the next available Batch, with the student's consent.
Refund after verification, in accordance with this Policy and applicable rules.

10. Duplicate Payment Refund

If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment:
The additional amount paid shall be refunded after verification.
The student shall be required to provide Payment Proof and a Written Refund Request.
An approved Refund shall generally be processed within 7–10 Working Days.

11. Payment Dispute & Chargeback Policy

In the event of any payment-related issue or dispute, the student should first contact Secure Future Skill Academy and provide the relevant payment details and supporting documents.
In cases of unauthorized or unjustified Chargebacks, false Payment Disputes, or submission of misleading or fraudulent information, the institution may take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, subject to applicable laws.

12. Consumer Protection & Fair Practice Clause

This Refund & Cancellation Policy has been prepared with due consideration to applicable consumer protection laws in India and the principles of fair business practices.
Secure Future Skill Academy provides students and parents/guardians with relevant information regarding Course Details, Fee Structure, Course Duration, available services, and Terms & Conditions before Admission, so that they may make an informed decision regarding enrollment.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as restricting or waiving any statutory rights available to a student or consumer under applicable laws.
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent required.

14. Policy Acceptance

By completing the Admission process and making the required payment, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledge and agree that:
They have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
They agree to comply with the rules and conditions of the institution.
Login ID, Password, Online Classes, Study Material, and other Digital Learning Resources may be provided or activated immediately after Admission Confirmation.
Refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with this Policy, the services made available, the extent of their utilization, verification, and applicable laws.
It is the responsibility of the student and/or parent/guardian to understand the Course, Fees, Duration, Career Scope, Refund Policy, and other applicable Terms & Conditions before taking Admission.
A Refund Request based solely on a change of mind, family refusal, dissatisfaction with the Course, or any personal reason shall generally not be accepted where the applicable services have already been made available by the institution.
Secure Future Skill Academy reserves the right to review and verify Refund Requests and make a decision in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
